- Helmet with face mask and mouthpiece
- Elbow pads
- Shin pads
- Athletic support (jock)
- Roller Blades
- Hockey Stick
- Hockey Pants (go over shin pads)

Optional Equipment:
- Chest protector
- Hockey girdle
